A rather nice ale which is found in many Irish pubs. Its not a stout like guiness, and is probably closer to an English bitter. It does take about 3 minutes to settle though. When it has just been poured it is creamy all the way through but if left for 3 minutes it will form two distinct layers, a lower golden layer and an upper creamy head about 1 cm high. It is a crime to drink it before it has settled.
