(con'sul'tant'tee) adj. Used to describe one who claims to be a "consultant", uses words like "solutions" and "e-commerce" in every other sentence to sound important, owns more than one cell phone and basically robs people of their money but has absolutly no idea what the fuck he is talking about. This is an "Internet consultant" who calls his clients ISP and asks stupid questions like "What does FTP mean" and "Do you host double-u-double-u-double-u's?", and absolutly loaths the 20 year old "kid" on the other end of the line because he is getting paid twenty dollars/hour to ask the "kid", who makes 7 dollars/hour, very very dumb questions and he knows that the kid knows it.
