A great tasting, very easy, and not too unhealthy way to use up cheap cake mix and old bananas (it works great even with those ugly, mushy black things). This cookie has an interesting quality too -- it "ages". Try eating one freshly baked, freshly cooled, two days old, and two weeks old, and you just might be surprised by how different it tastes and feels. It also returns to gooey, freshly baked cookie goodness quite well when using microwave.

Ingredients:

Directions:
Combine cake mix, bananas, egg, and water in a bowl. Beat with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, about 2 inches apart, on greased baking sheets. Bake in 350 degree (Farenheit) oven 8 minutes or until done. Remove from baking sheets; cool on racks. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
