Interesting combination market/bakery/deli concept started by Phil Romano the man who gave us Macaroni Grill. Eatzi's has four locations in Dallas, Houston, Atlanta and Rockville, Maryland and until last year had been owned by Dallas based Brinker's, whch operates such well known chained restaurants as Chilli's and On The Border. Eatzi's is primarily noted for their prepared foods such as Chicken Quesadillas and Spring Rolls and caters mostly to people looking for a quick restaurant quality meal without the hassle and expense of going out. Their motto is "Meals For The Taking".
