A veteran actor with over fifty movies and television shows under his belt, including
Hot Shots,
Beyond Witch Mountain, and
Airport 1975. Most recently he's lended his voice to many animated features about
Batman, and played
Dr. Octopus for a
Spider-man video game. He's also guest-starred in many television shows like
Maverick,
Remington Steele,
Murder She Wrote,
Babylon 5 and
Picket Fences.
Efrem is the son of violinist Efrem Zimbalist and opera singer Alma Gluck, as well as father to Stephanie Zimbalist. He married Stephanie Spaulding twice, after divorcing Emily McNair.
