Foule (pronounced fool) a lebanese dish consisting of fava beans in a sauce of lemon juice and olive oil infused with herbs and spices. Very tasty, and extremely messy to eat. Generally served with pita bread. The name comes simply from foul, the arabic word for fava bean.
