GodWars Dystopia is a codebase for a MUD. It is a merc derivative, via the GodWars evolution. It tends to give out more exp and more powerful characters then other codebases. In varying degrees, it tries to eliminate character buildup, its methods vary from giving slightly more exp to handing out characters that can only be built up by pk.
The few problems with the Dystopian codebase are shared with almost all GodWars codebases/MUDs: Whiny, bratty players who throw cursing fits if anything happens to them, and unstable servers/bad immortals and administrators. However, this is still a good codebase, despite its flaws.
