A made-for-
HBO movie directed by
Bruce Pittman, based on the
Kurt Vonnegut novel of the same name. Starred
Sean Astin in the title role,
Eugene Levy,
Howie Mandel, and
Christopher Plummer.
When I was about fifteen or so, I saw it at a friend's house. I remember thinking "This is the best movie ever".
Later, I rented it from the local
Blockbuster. It was a terrible movie. Bad acting, low
budget.
Many years later, it isn't my
virginity that I look back on--I now look back on that day as the day I realized that
I was now a man.
