A weapon dating from around 1400 A.D. Little known, not even fully known by the all knowing Webster 1913, it is axe shaped and forged out of a single piece of steel. The hurlbat is meant to be thrown after the arrows and the first initial charge in battle. Every end of it is sharpened to a point to inflict maximum carnage. Very simple and effective. Here is my bad ASCII art drawing of it. No matter what part hits you, it hurts, trust me.
