Interactive Network was an at home game played along with many television shows. Existing in the early to late 90s, a subscriber would purchase a small at home console to play along with. This console had a standard LCD screen, buttons along the sides of it, and a small QWERTY keyboard attached to the bottom. A long antenna received game schedules. The games included non-television related games such as crossword puzzles, trivia games, and other puzzle type enigmas. Television related games included sporting events where players would predict what happens in the game, soap opera predictions, Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune play along and many more. Players could then plug a phone line into the IN (the name for the unit) to send in scores thus competing nationally. Players were eligible for prizes based on scores sent in. The company went bankrupt in the later 90s leaving many customers out to dry and rendering the IN useless.
