K6 exists at frequencies of 166-233 Mhz K6-2 at 266-475 Mhz
K6-III at 400-450 Mhz As for performance, K6>=Pentium MMX, K6-2>=Celeron, K6-III>=Pentium-III

The AMD K6 family of chips are currently manufactured using AMD's 0.25 micron IC process at Fab25, Austin, TX.
