Stenvall is widely known for his paintings. He paints ducks - specifically, Disney-style ducks, in very non-Disneyesque situations. His paintings are very, very deep, despite of the subjects, and make you think. (Looks like another case of Finnish artists trying to find the beautiful side of world-famous popular art - compare Apocalyptica).
Stenvall doesn't apparently mind that his art is used widely; Some frown because he lets his great art to be used on postcards and spread in the Internet¹.
Folks in Linux newsgroups particularly enjoyed his painting "The Power of Red Hat", which I sort of suspect wasn't Linux-referring...
