I love this idea - I thought of it in Korea to the bemusement of Korean friends. They had BulGoGi pizza at the various chains around Seoul but I never saw Kimchee pizza.

Kimchee is delicious when roasted or broiled and makes meat tender. I have wrapped steak in it and broiled it and it comes out great. But it seems I'm the only one who thinks so.

Not that I would do it in public as it is probably somewhat sacreligious and there is true beauty in the way that food is laid out on a Korean table

But alone, or with understanding friends, I can slather and marinate a good piece of beef in the smelly cabbage and enjoy...
