A very active Radical Cheerleading squad. They have been trying to come up with a clever name for years, but still can't settle on one, although they have had plenty of ideas. ("The Statues of Liberty", "The Candy Apples", and the "NYC Bullshit Busters" have all been suggested by members).
The NYC Radical Cheerleaders have performed at various places, everywhere from your standard Women's Rights Rally to the NYC Subway to Lincoln Center. Here is an incomplete list of performances from this year:
Currently, the NYC Radical Cheerleaders are focusing their attention on organizing and planning protests against this year's Republican National Convention, which is taking place in NYC.
