Microsoft's program for arranging - yes, you guessed it - networked meetings, either in Internet or LAN.
The thing offers voice and video chat as well as normal typing chat, Application and document sharing, a "whiteboard" and other things like that.
AFAIK the program comes with Windows 9x and also separately with some webcams.
