Newcastle under Lyme is a busy little market town by day, and a haven for drunkards by night. It is situated somewhere between the North-West Midlands and the South-East North West, located exactly half way between Manchester and Birmingham.

The most popular shops in Castle (as its inhabitants fondly call it) include: Poundland (Yes! Everything's £1), Wilko's (cheap and nasty), and the many, many charity shops.

Newcastle High is to be found on the outskirts of town.

The highlights of this hole of hell must be the cinema and Pizza Hut, although one tires of even these quickly.

I would not advise you to visit this place, as it is a God forsaken pit of poo
