Cook 2 lbs. of penne pasta (in honor of my secret love for DeNiro in Analyse This with Billy Crystal)
other pasta of your desire may be substituted with the exception of lasagne
drain and rinse
Combine: 2 cans cream of celery soup ( keep cans for next 2 ingredients)
2 cans of fat-free milk
2 cans of plain yogurt (recycle cans)
4 marigold blossoms, minced
cut-up celery and baby carrots, whatever amount you have/want
1 onion, chopped
salt, pepper, Adobo seasoning to taste
3 cans solid white albacore tuna in water, drained
( I use a whisk just for the fun of it.)
Gently stir pasta into the above mixture, adding other colorful vegetables of your choosing, for example:
chopped red peppers, broccoli, corn, zucchini, peas...
Lightly grease two pans with oil of your choice using your fingers. Pour all ingredients into pans.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake, covered with aluminum foil, at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
Uncover, sprinkle with bread crumbs and more cheese, bake til browned. Eat and enjoy!
Oh, and in case you never saw the 1999 gangster comedy, Analyse This, I highly recommend it.
For a good laugh, go to Youtube and at least watch the bloopers; it will only take five minutes.
