This Russian sweet cheese mold is traditionally served at Easter. It is made of a combination of pot cheese (cottage cheese), nuts, and candied/dried fruit. The classical shape is molded into a four-sided pyramid. The top is decorated with nuts and traditionally the intials 'XB' are spelled out in raisins or candied thingies, signifying the phrase 'Christ has risen'. Paskha is the usual accompaniment to the Easter bread kulich.
