The Sinoatrial (SA) Node is group of cells in the heart from which the hearts electrical impulse originates. The pulse then travels through the atria, through the AV node into the Bundle of His, along the Perkinjie fibers, and of course through the tissue of the hear causing the typical contraction starting in the Right atrium and travelling counter clockwise (RA -> RV -> LV-> LA).
