Whenever you sit in an uncomfy chair, remember that from the late 1700's up until the rise of mainstream manufacturing, the Shakers (United Believers in Christ's Second Appearing) built minimalist furniture renown for its simplicity and quality (with original pieces preserved in both art and history museums today) because they were SO DAMN SURE Jesus was coming within their lifetime, and that he and the entire angelic host would visit them first, that each piece was designed as though an angel would one day sit in it.

Think of that, and feel unsatisfied with your uncomfortable chair.
