Shrimp Spread

Two small cans (4-5 ounce or fresh can also be used) Shrimp
One small Onion, minced to taste
½ Cup Butter, melted
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
½ Cup Mayonaise

Mix all ingredients together. Place in a two cup mold and refrigerate at least two hours before serving to allow flavors to marry. Unmold and serve with your favorite crackers.
A quick and easy spread for parties and the holidays. Serve it with your favorite crackers.

Variation: Use Smoked Salmon, omit the mayonaise and add cream cheese.
