A very nice
spin that is fun to do.
The
entrance is similar to that of a scratch spin but is entered with a bent leg.
The free leg swings around the skater causing rotation.
As the skater starts to rotate he/she drops into a siting position with the
skating leg directly below them, the free leg
streched out in front of them, and the arms either on the lap or also streched out..
Variations are seen with arm positions.
One can also go into a back sit spin witch is on the other leg,
rotating in the same
direction.
