Solesides was a West Coast underground hip hop crew from 1991-98. Comprised of Lyrics Born, Lateef the Truth Speaker (or Latryx, as they are known collaboratively), Chief Xcel, Gift of Gab, and DJ Shadow, Solesides were known for their very literate lyrics and terrific production. Solesides is now Quannum.
