Speed Stacking is apparently a Sport which involves stacking specially designed cups as fast as possible into designated sequences.

Speed Stacking can be done individually against the clock or as teams in relay race form.

The benefits of Speed Stacking apparently include "Increasing bilateral proficiency (equal performance on both sides of the body), developing a greater percentage of the right side of the brain which houses awareness, focus, creativity and rhythm. Students leam not only how to be physically active, but WHY; and how to take personal responsibllity for this critical aspect of their lives."
