The Melrose School is a co-ed
private school for Kindergarten through 8th grade located in
Brewster,
New York. It is somewhat
Episcopal (the students attend chapel 4 days a week, Eucharist one day). There is a fairly strict
dresscode (no denim, no pants above the knee, all shirts must be collared). Melrose has a challenging curriculum and a modest sports program (fall and spring
soccer,
basketball, and
