sound effects in the
Mortal Kombat series of
video games. Dan Forden is known to come up with some bizzare quotes, not only "Toasty!" but ones such as "The Castle burns! Get the weenies!!!" from the pinball game
Medieval Madness.

- Perform an excellent combo or damaging move (MKII and MK3)
- Perform Scorpion's Toasty Fatality (hold block, press Down, Down, Up, Up, High Punch in MKII)
- Drop a coin and register a credit in the machine (UMK3)
- Perform Scorpion's 3-D Toasty Fatality (Back, Forward, Forward, Back, Block in MK4)
