Creole seasoning, and a common addition to tables of
Cajuns. A mix of spices including
Cayenne pepper,
garlic,
salt,
paprika.
The canister says, “use it on everything.” It is not unwise advice. It’s good on meats (both before and after cooking), potatos (prepared any way), pizza (a personal favorite), and almost anywhere else you use salt.
