A Toyota Cressida was a 4 door Rear Wheel Drive sedan or wagon manufactured in Japan for the US and some foreign markets. Manufactured from ~1980 to 1992 - in which it was replaced by the fwd Toyota Avalon.
For a number of years, it was the Crown of Toyota's Lineup, until Lexus, which is part of Toyota somehow, came to be.
