Turbo Technologies Incorporated (better known as TTi) was jointly formed by NEC and Hudson Soft in 1992 to assume marketing duties of the new TurboDuo game system and software in America. Apparently NEC themselves just couldn't cut it marketing their previous game system, the TurboGrafx-16 and so they got their best software partner to set up a new division. TTi made the Duo into a worthy system, even if it was just a hybrid. TTi's life ended shortly along with the TurboDuo in 1994, but the legacy lives on...
