Vulscombe is an English goat's milk cheese produced by Joyce and Graham Townsend. The cheese is unrennetted, and the extreme acidity of the Townsend's goats is adequate to seperate the curds from the whey.

The soft cheese, with a fat content of 45%, is made into small round truckles and presented with a bay leaf or with crushed peppercorns. The flavour is said to have a hint of lemon. It is matured for one to three weeks before consuming.
