In
the Simpsons episode "Colonel Homer" (8F19), a
country music performer. He is first seen on the
stage at the Beer-N-Brawl tavern, the country bar in
Spittle County where Homer flees after Marge yells at him. Though he is booed off the stage there, by the end of the episode he is a cast member on
Ya Hoo!, the Simpsons version of the venerable country-music-and-lifestyle
Hee Haw.
