An Evening Wasted With Tom Lehrer was originally recorded by
Tom Lehrer in
1959.
Later released on
CD by
Reprise in
1990.
The first track,
Poisoning Pigeons In The Park, is possbily Lehrer's most famous song (maybe along with
The Vatican Rag and
The Elements.
References to the final track, We Will All Go Together When We Go, were repeatedly made
relating to the unisex bathroom in Ally McBeal (i.e. "why do we have a shared-sex bathroom?
So we can all go together.. when we go.").
