Azahar is the name, probably originaly arabic, that the inhabitants of Seville, Spain, give the sweet, enticing, debilatating, intoxicating and mesmerising scent which the orangetree blossom emits, transporting the entire population of this archaic town to a state of natural high throughout the spring months.
