This is kind of a hodge-podge recipe I threw together based on several other recipes, (of course I did not have all the ingredients for any one of them.) The measurements here are exceptionally imprecise so make it to taste.

Put all above ingredients in microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high 15-20 minutes (or until vegetables are done), stirring occassionaly.

Add some type of oriental noodles and cook. I had Chinese rice sticks (udon noodles would have been good too). The rice sticks took a little less time to cook because they are thinner, but in general, if the water is boiling, it will take about 10 minutes to cook noodles in the microwave (cooking time will vary.) Of course, if you aren't stuck in some wretched dorm, you could just boil these things on the stove-top like normal people do.
