A 15.5 gallon drum of beer. Commonly called a keg. It is twice the size of a quarter-barrel and half the size of a single barrel. (note: you can't really buy a barrel of beer nobody makes them anymore. A barrel is just a standard measure for any liquid other than oil and is 31.5 gallons)

But how much beer is that? (1 gal=128 ounces)

  • 15.5 gal(128 ounces/1 gal)=1984 ounces
  • 1984 ounces(1 beer/12 ounces)=165 and 1/3 beers
  • 165 and 1/3 beers(1 case/24 beers)=6 and 8/9 cases
