Loadqm.exe is a suspicious file that can be found in the windows root directory, I've done a lot of web research through google about the function of this file and its origin and never got a satisfactory answer. For one thing Microsoft denies that this file is created by them even though a version check will yield Microsoft as its publisher. It came to my attention after zone alarm warns me that this little bugger tries to access the internet. Perhaps it's a security breach or a backdoor. Some claim its origin from msn messenger and others through internet explorer version 5. in any case, deleting it does not harm the operation of my computer.
