Besides the usual definition of "magnetic", it is also the name of a color used on Ford vehicles. It's a form of dark gray with a bit of metalflake in the paint. My 2016 F150 is magnetic. It looks great, and it doesn't show dirt and dust as much as a black vehicle.

The Ford color code is J7, and it (and any other color code for Ford vehicles) can be found by opening the driver-side door and looking for the small white sticker on the frame near where the latch is. Should one need to get a bit of touch-up paint for scratches or paint dings, you can get them by going to your local Ford dealer and asking the parts department for a small tube of J7 paint.

My truck does get a lot of positive comments. I was more of a silver or white vehicle pickle until I saw my truck on the lot. Lucky for me, this color is available on most of Ford's cars and trucks.
