A METACORPORATION is a corporation made up of other corporations. Yamaha is a prime example; In one guise, they make PC peripherals, in another motorcycles, and in another musical instruments.
Differentiated from megacorporation in that the various pieces of the company are actually separate companies in their own right, and not simply business units.
