Cuban in origin.
It is comprised of brown sugar, crushed ice, rum, lime juice and mint leaves.
First put the sugar into a glass, then add the rum and lime juice, then the mint leaves and ice. Crush the ice and smoosh the mint leaves... then enjoy!
