Spanish first person plural pronoun, equivalent to English "we". If a group of all females was speaking they would use "nosotras". It derives from the Latin word "nos" and the Spanish "otros" meaning "others". Like most Spanish pronouns it is not really necessary; the ending of the verb is enough to tell you it's first person plural and "nosotros" is added only for emphasis. See vosotros.
