• Set the oven to 200°C.
  • Scrub the potatoes thoroughly, since they won't be peeled.
  • Cut the potatoes into wedges, six per potato is about right.
  • Place wedges in a baking dish (preferably nonstick) with the skin down.
  • Mist with cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle on breadcrumbs and spices.
  • Mist again.
  • Bake for approx 40 minutes.

Serve as a side dish or by themselves with a dip.
