My great aunts' speciality desserts. Even if they filled with so many wonderful things you could also count on a tart to go.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add the milk to the cream cheese and blend thoroughly. Stir the lemon juice and vanilla into the mixture.

Divide the mixture into the tart shells. Chill the tarts in the refrigerator until set - about 2 hours. Top each tart with a layer of raspberries. Serve the tarts with fresh whipped cream, if desired.
