Riftforge is an online roleplaying game with a unique combat system. You get to select one of the three classic RPG classes: Guardian, Raider, or Ranger. They correspond to the traditional AD&D classes: warrior, rogue, and mage.
Once you select a class, you are able to recruit units and equip them. Up to 5 units can accompany your "hero" in each battle. The battles themselves are very tactical and require you to use both tactical and actions skills to defeat an enemy. During the upcoming playtest, all battles are versus other players (PVP)
