I am definitely a thalassophile. I can never get enough of the ocean. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore, watching the water move with the tides and currents, it's all so beautiful.
I don't spend enough time at the beach. I need to get out more. I need to be out there in the surf, the water holding me up as I just float out beyond the breakers, swimming every now and then to keep my position relative to the beach and not go out far enough to worry the lifeguards or end up out in the boat and windsurfing lanes.
