Former radioshack employee of 01-2140 located at 3215 nh 5th st highway reading Pa. "Medera plaza". Fired after being accussed of processing 26 dish network sales between 8/13/05 - 9/17/05. Currently being taken to court this coming monday witch will be 11/14/05. Charges of theft by deception, theft by deception <-(2counts) & recieving stolen property - filled against me by loss prevention manager Rich Bozzone who contacted muhlenberg township police department. This situation im in is very complex and serious, i can only say im innocent! Asking for help or recognition in this issue (Support). This is is not being addressed publicly! it is being cocealed like a small incedent. I will talk about everything i`ve seen and experienced at this location under the managment i have allot of dirt on this place. The district judge (Judge patton)_muhlenberg townshid district majestry_ whom is preciding over this case will be the same judge that precided over my last incident with radioshack when i recieved a ticket from an officer when closing the store. Reasoning to this issue my assistant manager was arrested for selling cocaine to an under cover cop. This former employee with the title assistant manager made it perfectly clear he had a drug problem yet management never addressed him with my concers i filled. Yet! they`de rather have this drug dealer fronting drugs "witch i noticed numerous times" from this location, Y? he sold the most phones for himself and the store. Theres more someone please address this i only have one associate helping me. Please someone read this and
