A guy in Grand Rapids who's recieved degrees in sociology and religion, attending Hope College, Western Michigan University, and Western Theological Seminary in the process. In a bid to earn a degree that might be marketable, he's recently started a masters in information systems at Grand Valley State University.
He also hopes to finish a science fiction novel, get published and recieve great gobs of adulation from an adoring public.
Realistically, this may not be possible, but he keeps hoping. In actuality, Jim will likely spend a lot of time on his IS degree and with his wife and two daughters for the foreseeable future.

Jim's younger brother (Derek) knew Rob Malda back when Rob thought Windows 3.0 was pretty cool.
