Βαλιος

1. One of Achilles' horses, offspring of Zephyr and the Harpy Podarge. After Achilles' death, Poseidon took back the horse, which was immortal, as well as Xanthos, Achilles' other horse.

2. Balius was also the name given to one of Actaeon's dogs.
