A very popular toy that was produced in the 80s by Mattel. It involves a programmable robot car. The programming bit works a bit like the turtle in LOGO, e.g., forward 5, left, forward 3, FIRE! (etcetera). In addition, The toy has also been used in cognitive psychology, because it makes scientific research on discovery processes possible.

A programmable robtic tank-like thing that I used to map the kitchen, and later to terrorize the dog.

The TV Commericals of its heyday showed a kid delivering an apple to his father using the optional dumptruck attachment. The damn thing lacked a volume control.
