Carroll Park is a nice neighborhood park that includes a small playground that's always full of children, a baseball diamond, a grassy seating spot and public bathrooms.
Pleasant in the daytime, Carroll Park tends to be taken over by local high school kids who think they're punks after dark. Not threatening in the least, but still not loads of fun to walk by.
