Cherry Winks
½ Cup Butter
1 Cup Coconut
1 ½ Cups Powdered Sugar
30 Marichino Cherries
½ Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
Melt butter and stir in coconut and powdered sugar. Mix well. Form into logs, cover and place in the fridge. Divide into 30 balls. Form each ball and place a cherry half in the center and close. Roll ball in graham cracker crumbs. These will keep in the fridge for two weeks. They also freeze well, in air tight containers. Serve at room temperature.
